After holding a very successful Sausage Sizzle at Bunnings with our Rotarian friends at the Rotary of East Perth, we managed to raise over $500 for our Home for Dinner Sunday Roast at the new Ronald McDonald House in Perth.
What a great night at Ronald McDonald House Perth! We had so much fun preparing a Sunday roast for 90 people on a cold Sunday Night in May and getting to meet families and volunteers. From getting a tour of the house to sharing a meal with lovely little Abby from Esperance, we enjoyed every minute of it. Special thanks to RMH volunteer Amy for being our tour guide and to Chef Darryl for all the instructions in the kitchen. Fantastic way to end the week! We will be hosting another Home for Dinner on the 30 October and it will be Halloween themed.
